We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, as permitted under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@crossit.tech. You may also complain to the UK ICO or your local supervisory authority.
